How to Commission

HOW TO COMMISSION me

Please read the Terms of Service before commissioning me.

By filling out the form and sending it to me, you are agreeing to these terms.

Fill in the form below the dotted line and send it via any of the following:

  • DM via Instagram at @usarei_arts

  • DM via Discord at usarei#3594

  • Email to downtheburroww@gmail.com (don't forget the extra w at the end!)​

  • Commission Type

    • Headshot, Waist Up or Half-body

  • Your Character

    • Pose, expression, clothing, personality (very important!), any props etc.

    • Please provide references on your character for a more accurate result; the more the better!

  • Background

    • Solid colour or just a simple design (no charge)

    • Please provide references on background for a more accurate result.

Get Your Quote from me!

I will let you know if I would require more details from you.

Make payment as per quotation within 24 hours via Paypal, or via bank transfer if you reside in Australia. Please also notify me that you have sent the payment.

Once payment has been received, an initial sketch will be drafted up.

Confirm that you are happy with the layout, pose and details.. then kick back and relax! Please allow for a minimum of 1 week, and a maximum of 4 weeks (highly unlikely, but sometimes life really does get in the way!) for your commission to be completed.
